Finally-some success!!! Wahooooo!!!

Went to one of my favorite haunts today.

I took many pictures, both digital and 35 mm. Did an EVP...in the beginning of the tape, you can hear a small child (maybe a boy?) saying "mama", then a 5.5 second pause, then "mama", then another 3 second pause, then "mama" again, but much more faint like the child had been following me, saw I wasn't his mama, and went off looking for mama again.

And I still have not listened to the rest of the tape yet!

Cannot wait to see what else might be in store!!

Well lets see....first you gotta make a recording on your computer. Can u do that? Then save it on your hard drive as a wav file. Then you can use the "attach file" option in this reply form to put it here.

Hi, Birdlover--Wow, I'd also like to hear your EVPs from the young boy. Your idea that he might have wandered off when he discovered you weren't his mom is fascinating. I don't know if you remember me, but my son and his friend are the ones who died in a kayaking accident and left us EVPs on my answering machine. I keep threatening to try for more by taping but haven't gotten around to it. I keep thinking I have to be more mentally prepared than I ever feel, so I've been procrastinating. Your story makes me want to go out and try right now! Hope to hear more about the rest of the tape. Cheers, VickiT

you need to find yourself someone good with computers. It's really not hard to upload your evp messages to this site so we can hear them, but it's easier if you can have someone to go through it the first time with you. Know any tech-y's???

E.V.P. recorded @ 75 Ransom St. Back up-stairs Bedroom with a talkboy Jr. rubbed against the carpet. i looped it 4 times so you dont have to keep hitting play.

Evp is a time and patient dependent task and the more you do it the more you become a natural at it.
