that I attended my first ever Gym Class in my life today.
I'm very proud of myself - and it was sooo much fun!!!!! Going back tomorrow.

start to excersise(sp) doc want me too but its hardwith all the pain im in,,im going to be 31 but feel 90 i have several medical problems one fibromigia and its very very painful.....im glad u went in my head i cant wait to try and work out again i used to be a fugre skater..now im a computer junkie cause most i can do is this and htis is hard hense so many typos:(

Hi Robin,
Oh! You can visualize and skate in your head. Just ask the little man in your head( yeah the one that just said"What little man?" ) that runs your body and your brain to cause your muscles to respond physically to your mental exercises. Then Skate, exercise, do yoga in your head and don't forget the great deep breathing to go with it.

You will have astounding results. You con't even have to get out of bed. Once you make friends with the little man and he knows you mean business, you can tell him what kind of body you want. Remember, you are the boss and he is your servant.

Olympic athletes with injuries have come back with no decrease in physical ability with this technique. Eventhough they have spent months in hospital beds. Mental ability is 90% of physical ability.

You are doing it.

i knowhim well, but my bdy in its pain says yeah who the hell r u to talk.....lol and slaps him i think:S

butim starting off by buying a sweating to the oldies.my husbands laughs at that ut i thinkits a great start...slow:)
