I'll ask about the books and toys...
Vision: Austin is sitting on the floor, like in the photo you sent by the bunkbeds...
But it is much brighter and colorful (nothing against his old room mind you, just different over there...)
He has all the books and toys he wants... is what he is showing... and he's kind of rocking, very happily.
From this, I would interpret.. that you keep a few books that are most sentimental and maybe a toy or two. Put them away, they don't need to be out in plain (spell?) sight.
Remember, the other side is kind of like a college... or a highschool, a priviledged one... depending on the situation....Lots of learning, lots of fun, lots of friends, lots of travel..
Here he adds - "I've been to Maui (spell?) Twice!!" Gleefully and happily, as if he's checked it out for you.
Hope this helps, keep that heart up of yours...everyone wants you to be happy, Special Charlotte!!!
Sincerely, KarenESP

I've been dealing with a lot of Austin's stuff that is beginning to weigh me down. So now, I think David, Rachel and I will be able to let go of some of these things. I have the feeling he is telling me to make my own art instead of making a "shrine" to his.
David has most of his books but is moving soon. There is a camp with a library where we donated books when Austin was with us. Now we could donate a lot of his books. They put book plates in them to show who donated each book.
This reading for me is so wonderful. Lifts a heaviness of wanting to do the right thing and not knowing what that might be.
Karen, you are wonderful. Keep living Happy. Austin tells me he is looking for something to make you laugh or smile.....out on the street.
Oh, he says something each and every day...just to be your laugh..fun..angel. He's making a silly joke...meaning he's no angel...just wants to bring you a bouquet of what he has. Thanks you for telling me about how nice it is there where he is.

Karen ,
Austin used to do this rocking back and forth like Stevie Wonder when he was happy.... in fact it was a Stevie Wonder imitation. "No New Years' Day to celebrate... , no ....something something in the month of June...
Oh, "I just called to say I Love You !" That was the name of it.
When he was in college he liked hanging out with new friends and working teaching little kids to swim so much more than going to class....He said that ws really much more important than anything he could learn in class...yet he insisted on taking lots and lots of math, and martial arts....and it had nothing to do with his major. I think his major must have been shamanism and he was making do with ordinary classes that were offered.
I can see that where he is now, they have the right classes for him.

He's very happy... now only if his mom could get adjusted... that's the tough part. Wish I could just 'fix it'.. .you don't know how badly I wish I could do that...
Sincerely, Karen

Have lots of things in the works and plans that are working out. I hate to say it, but I'm really glad the holidays are over so some things can get off to a clean start. The way things used to be are over and new things are always coming up.
This was my first Christmas without my Dad and it was different. My mother was sad and is causing some other problems that need to be dealt with. Death and Taxes, what a pair!
Thank you again Karen for your good mediumship and encouragement. I wrote in my artist's journal today and I've gotten some great technical issues in hand during my vacation from the office.
